Tanger's Backpack Giveaway and ID Event

As part of a nationwide effort to provide parents with personal safety IDs & DNA of their children in the event their child is ever missing, parents will receive free fingerprints and DNA of their children to include in the safety passport in which to maintain the child's current vital statistics. Over the past 18 years, our centers have raised and donated more than $7 million to the American Cancer Society and many other breast cancer organizations across the country. In 2005, we created the Stanley K. Tanger Breast Cancer Fund. The money that we raise in 2010 will continue to be donated from this fund to worthy cancer organizations. On Saturday, September 25th Tanger will host the 2nd annual tangerStyle 5K Run/Walk beginning at 8:30 am. We invite you to join your friends and neighbors as we all Get Moving Together for a great cause - to battle breast cancer. Proceeds from each entry fee will benefit LRGHealthcare's Women’s Imaging Center. All finishers will receive a race medal, and the first 350 participants will receive a race pack which includes a souvenir t-shirt and other goodies.
